Hey there! I’m Jane Krueger, a personal trainer with a passion for helping people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in and out of the gym. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2019 and officially launched my personal training business in 2022.

I specialize in one-on-one training, where I tailor every workout to fit your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Whether you're new to fitness, looking to break past a plateau, or just need some extra motivation, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I also offer small group training and customized written programs for those who prefer a little extra flexibility in their workouts.
